How to do Meditation with this Candle
- Find your optional time of day
- Find dark, quiet space with no interruptions
- Sit on Meditation Mat straight, with the candle at eye – level
- Take a few deep breaths and settle in to your intention
- Set a timer for 1 minute to start
- Follow the movements of the candle flame with your eyes

Burning and Care Instructions
Let the wax melt all the way across. Once your candle's lit, DON'T blow it out until the top layer of wax has melted all the way across. Crystals can stay in the wax while burning. If wanting to take the crystal out of the candle wait for wax to cool down and take it out with tweezers.
